Who loves a cute brunch idea? I do. I also love a effortless recipe. This tartine is a fast to make recipe but gives you a stunning looking result in no time! A great one to make regardless if you are having a brunch party or just enjoying your gorgeous Sunday morning by yourself. Or you know what, have it any day of the week and make brunch a thing even during weekdays- this recipe is that easy and fast to make, it’s definitely workable for a weekday breakfast.

The honey cinnamon ricotta is a star here. It’s so creamy and delicious, I can just take a spoon and eat it directly from the food processor. It can also be made several days ahead, or make some extra batch to keep. I love it as a spread or dip for fruit and bread.

Strawberry Granola Honey Whipped Ricotta Tartine 草莓燕麥蜂蜜瑞可達吐司

Ingredients

  • Strawberries, 4-5, trimmed and sliced

  • Ricotta, 130g 

  • Honey, 1 TBS, more for topping

  • Ground cinnamon, 1 tsp

  • Granola, 2 TBS

  • Toasted sourdough slices, 4

  • Mint leaves for topping

Instructions

  1. In a small food processor, combine the ricotta, honey and ground cinnamon. Pulse until smooth and creamy.

  2. Spread the honey ricotta on the toasted sourdough. Place the strawberry slices on. Follow by some granola and mint leaves. Drizzle on more honey. Serve immediately.
